Our Business

Ayjay Group are electrical and refrigeration engineering specialists, offering our commercial and industrial customers a complete turn-key service. From design, installation, bespoke project management and ongoing maintenance support, we offer a full range of electrical solutions for every project need.

Working throughout the UK and Ireland, we provide complete support to a variety of business sectors including pharmaceutical, warehouse & distribution, hospitality and manufacturing and many other business environments with electrical and refrigeration requirements.

With over 20-years experience of project managing engineering installations, we have the knowledge and flexibility to create solutions that are in line with exacting customer requirements.

Where it all began…

Trading since 1996 and founded by Directors Andrew Hall and Jason Beament, the Company has developed outstanding knowledge and experience in electrical engineering. We are recognised widely for our specialist knowledge, and ability to deliver projects maintaining quality, flexibility and efficiency. Working directly with businesses and indirectly through strategic partners, we provide electrical design, installation and on-going support through planned and re-active maintenance, offering a complete solution to meet our customer needs.

Over the years the company has maintained growth and expansion and we now employ over 30 skilled engineers and numerous specialised trade subcontractors situated throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on providing a first-class service to our customers, completing projects successfully.

Our Senior Team

Andrew Hall
Managing Director

With over 30 years electrical experience, Co-founding Director, Andrew started the business with Jason Beament, working on small local contracts, and developing it into a business working on major contracts UK wide.

Andrew also began his career as an Electrician before co-founding Ayjay Group in 1996. This experience has helped to build a workforce that understands customer challenges and opportunities.

With exceptional knowledge and strategic planning in their own business markets, together they successfully built the company to today’s level that employs 30 members of staff and specialised trade sub-contractors.

Simon Beament
Director

Joining the business in 2003 as UK Installation Manager, Simon became an Operations Director in 2008. Simon has led the facilities maintenance and electrical installation (specifically commercial and industrial) divisions of the business.

He leads service and technical operations, championing exceptional customer service delivery. Along with the other Directors, Simon is a qualified, time-served Electrician, giving him the ability to expertly project manage each installation.

Simon has worked on electrical installation projects, both throughout the UK and overseas, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and electro-technical expertise. Previous technical experience includes epoxy resin busbar installation (current voltage: 250A-6600A).

Craig Price
Director

Craig has worked for Ayjay Group since 2004, starting his career with the company as an Apprentice Electrician.

After serving his apprenticeship, he progressed with the company, covering a variety of positions from site supervising Electrical Engineer, through to Group Electrical Project Manager and from 2018, Director. Craig is also the company’s Qualifying Manager and Duty Holder. Craig knows the business ethos inside and out and has gained outstanding technical knowledge to drive and deliver a variety of technical, electrical and refrigeration installation projects.
