Ayjay Group celebrated its 25th birthday on Monday (27th September) and we were so grateful to be able to host an internal celebration for our staff at Ayjay House. This provided us with the opportunity to reflect on the incredible achievements of the past 25 years, and to raise a glass to friends passed.

Following last week’s successes, we are now ready to unveil our plans for the next 12 months, where we will also be undertaking a year-long fundraising campaign with the aim to raise valuable funds for our chosen charities, the RNLI, St David’s Hospice, and the Prince’s Trust. We have already started looking at possible campaigns and charity events, and we are excited to start raising money for three amazing charities. We have also brought back our Robin Reliant, a company icon from when we celebrated our 10th year, which has been redesigned in a sporty 25th Anniversary branding! We are really looking forward to getting this out on the road and seeing where we end up.

Managing Director Andrew Hall commented: “We suffered a major loss in December 2020, with the passing of Group Managing Director, Co-Founder and my good friend Jason Beament. It was important to Jason and I that we celebrated our 25th anniversary in style, and although Jason’s not with us we ensured that his memory was captured throughout the planning process. A plaque was installed at Ayjay House and will serve as a reminder of the hard work, dedication and passion Jason instilled in the company and all its employees, and his legacy will remain going forward.

“Ayjay has seen an increase in all aspects of the business, and since our move to Ayjay House in 2015 we have now grown our team to more than 34. The growth of our company and consistent development of our apprentices is testament to the positive ambitions of the business.

“Simon, Craig and I, along with all of our amazing employees are looking forward to celebrating throughout the next 12 months and look forward to another 25 years to come.”
