Ayjay has been embracing change over the past few months it would seem that 2010 has been the year for growth and change.
 
Whilst many in the construction and electrical industry have been downsizing and laying off workers it’s the opposite for the thriving electrical contractors. 2010 has meant change for Ayjay and all for the good, it’s brought about a welcomed office expansion, a rebrand to the business and restructure to the ever expanding team.  
 
Simon Beament, part of the director team, commented on the changes Ayjay have implemented;

“Change for some businesses has been a painful process during the economic down turn in 2009, and one can only offer professional support to those in the industry who have lost out. However for Ayjay it’s been a different story, we have grown stronger in the down turn and seized opportunities. Our growth has been a natural transition and has given us the opportunity to develop others and invest in the business. I think as a business we have kept true to ourselves and this down to earth mentality has helped us keep our grass root relationships with clients and contractors etc.. it’s been a group effort”.
